She was predeceased by: her parents, Tandy Blanton Arnold (Ted) and Florence Beatrice Howe Arnold; and her brother Larry Howe Arnold. She is survived by: her husband Billy Gene Ballinger; her children, Kip Ballinger (Lori) of Ottawa, Tad Ballinger of Kansas City and Beth Brecheisen (Randy) of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Tessa Ballinger of Lawrence, Brad Ballinger of Overland Park, Max Brecheisen and Katherine Brecheisen of San Antonio, TX; and her great grandchildren, Connor Estes of Emporia, Allen Estes of Ottawa and Michael Estes of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by niece and three nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dengel & Son Mortuary - Crematory (235 S Hickory St, Ottawa, KS 66067). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Highland Cemetery (1050 E 15th St, Ottawa, KS 66067).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Hope House, 205 W 17th, Ottawa c/o Dengel and Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory St, Ottawa, Kansas 66067.
