She was predeceased by: her father James Haworth. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Haworth (Brady) of Ottawa; her brothers, Rod Haworth of Lenexa and Jason Haworth (Christine) of Shawnee; and her children, Darcy Keeffe (Jordan) of Osage City, Glenna Bronson (Lucas) of Lyndon, Damien Brewer (Sarah) of Olathe and Devin Lindbloom of Lawrence. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren.
