He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Neill and Dorothy Neill (Sterrett); and his brothers, Gary Neill, Pat Neill and Everett "Pete" Neill.
He is survived by: his siblings, John Neill, Charles Neill, Craig Neill, Mike Neill, Kay McCurdy, Jean Hunt, Mary Brown, Marilyn Allen and DeeDee Honodel. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ottawa Chapel (235 S Hickory St, Ottawa, KS 66067).
