It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Stevanus of Ottawa, Kansas, born in Fort Scott, Kansas, who passed away on July 6, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Robert Stevanus and Georgia A. Stevanus (Strole); his son William A. Stevanus; and his granddaughter Rose Leising. He is survived by: his children, Marci Dreher (John) of Rockford, Illinois and Gary Stevanus (Allison) of Baldwin City, Kansas; his stepsons, Don Hutley of Scranton, David Hutley (Patricia) of Topeka and Gary Hutley (Darcy Dickson) of Topeka, Kansas; his sister Patricia Ledson of Albuquerque; his grandchildren, Mia Dreher, Max Dreher, Jake Stevanus, Emily Stevanus and Abigail Fitzgerald; and his great grandchildren, Oscar Fitzgerald and Adlelaine Fitzgerald.
