With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lee Harshberger (Ottawa, Kansas), born in Westphalia, Kansas, who passed away on September 4, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Harshberger and Ruby Harshberger (Newton); his son Chris Harshberger; and his granddaughter Danielle Comstock. He is survived by: his wife Marguerite L. "Peggy" Emery August; and his brothers, Dale Harshberger of Wichita and Gary Harshberger of Lawrence. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
