He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Powers and Vivian Powers; and his brothers, Charlie and Don Powers. He is survived by: his wife Terri Powers of Ottawa; his children, Angie Powers and Theron Powers of Olathe; his stepchildren, Todd, Mitzi Black of Overland Park and Eric Black of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Enzi, Rowan Hedges, Cooper, Taylor Black, Braden, Mackenzie and Duncan Black; his great grandchild Sophia Black; and his siblings, Jimmy Powers (Cindy), Kevin Powers and Kim Rocha (Donnie). He is also survived by his family, friends.
