He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Howard and Lada Howard; and his brother Ray Howard (Peggy Howard). He is survived by: his wife Penny Bowers; his former wife Janet Howard; and his children, Jerry Howard of Medford, OR, Lynda Falley of Victoria, KS and Jeanie Shackelford of Andover, KS. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
