She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Dale and Nettie Belle Dale (Carr); her husband Herbert Fredricks; and her son Jeffery Fredricks. She is survived by: her children, Christie Gorton (Brent) of Princeton, KS, Lisa Van Lerberg (Ron) of De Soto, KS and Bill Fredricks (Stephanie) of Ottawa, KS. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
