She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry P. Woodworth and Emma Etta Brase Woodworth (Donald Lehman); her siblings, Fern Gleaves Woodworth and Alvin Harry Woodworth; her grandchild Kyle Scott Lehman; and her great grandchildren, Aliya Cooper and Cheyanne Craven.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Sherwood Lehman; her children, Donna McGaugh (Lester) of Westwood, KS, Stephen Lehman of Ottawa, KS, Robyn Berr (James) of Ottawa, KS, Scott Lehman (Jessica) of Lenexa, KS and Jeffery Lehman of Ottawa, KS; and her grandchildren, Chasity (Maina), Lester (Jessica), Brandon (Julie), Lisa, Laura, Leslie, Cody (Krystina), Kellie (T. J.), Ashley, Jamie, Sterling, Kolton, Sebastian and Sofia.
