She is survived by: her children, Gerald Slemp of Clarksville, IA, Phillip Lyons of Ottawa, KS, Linda Bledsoe (Clayton) of San Antonio, TX and Carry Ward of Topeka, KS; her sisters, Wilma Johnson of Paola, KS, Dorothy Diane Lyons (Dot), Annie Nolan of Valley Mills, TX and Reney Hoover of Paola, KS; and her grandchildren, Jared, Kailey, Megan, Jeremy, Dalton, Lucas, Logan, Mariah and Chase.
