Lois E. Hobbs Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois E. Hobbs of Ottawa, Kansas, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Hobbs and Rose Marie Hobbs (Affolter); and her brother Don Hobbs. She is survived by: her children, Janet Matthias (Tim) of Ottawa, KS, Julie Spielman (Jason) of Pomona, KS and John Shepherd (Kelly) of Pomona, KS; her brother Roy Hobbs (Karen) of Ft. Smith, AR; and her grandchildren, Eli, Emily Matthias, Jagger Spielman, Sterling, Katelynn and Ross Shepherd.
A memorial service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lamb-Roberts-Price Funeral Home (325 S Hickory St, Ottawa, KS 66067).
