She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Lewis Starr; her grandparents, Dale and Helen Laipply; and her sister Kerry Lynnette Starr. She is survived by: her mother Darlene Starr (Laipply); her husband Ron; her sons, Kenny Smith and Marcus Smith; her stepfather Doug Rudy; and her brothers, Kris Starr (Kimberly), Kirk Starr (Anne), Shane Rudy (Amanda) and Aubry Rudy (Megan). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
