It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Platt of Ottawa, Kansas, born in Garnett, Kansas, who passed away on November 26, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Emmett Platt; his brother Clark Platt; and his stepfather Merle Rockers. He is survived by: his wife Linda Couture; his pet Corky; his mother Helen Rockers (Tush) of Garnett, Kansas; his children, Shelly Barnes of Ottawa, Kansas and Scott Platt (Brenda) of Colby, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Cameron Barnes, Aaron and Jessica Platt.

Memorial contributions may be made to Prairie Paws Animal Shelter or St. Jude's Children research Hospital.
