He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Luke Howard of Canada, Mike Yeager (Janelle) of Homewood, Nathan Howard (Stephanie) of Greeley, Kansas, Angela Mercado (Ruben) of Bradenton, Corrinda McDowell (Curtis) of Ottawa and Libby Howard of Ottawa, Kansas; and his siblings, Mike Powers (Cindy) of Paxico, Daniel Shields of Paxico, Bill Howard of Wichita, Kevin Howard (Jody) of Clermont, Steve Howard (Rhonda) of Princeton, Bob Howard of Lawrence, Chris Kresyman of Osage City, Kansas and Mary Kresyman of St. Paul, Oklahoma. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
