He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah T. Clifton and Dorris M. Clifton (Callahan); and his half-brothers, Jimmy Porter and Randy Porter. He is survived by: his sister JaNell Clark (Steve) of Clearwater; and his half-siblings, Harlan Clifton (Joan) of Fredonia, Kansas, Carolyn Beurskens (Phil) of Topeka, Janna Powell (Richard) of Joplin and Sue Riddle of Elk City, Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
