Howard Eugene Driver Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Howard Eugene Driver of Ottawa, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 2, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Driver and Hannah Driver (Windett); and his siblings, Bill, John, Don, Dick, Joe, Jim Driver and Peggy Friesen.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Smith (Baume); his stepchildren, Andy Smith of Kansas City, Kari Widler of Greeley and Alan Smith of Independence, Missouri; and his sister Veda Rogers of Colorado. He is also survived by three step grandchildren and two step great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ottawa First United Methodist Church (203 E 4th St, Ottawa, KS 66067). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
