He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Crane; his son Brandon Steele; and his sister-in-law Kandee Crane. He is survived by: his mother Colleen Crane (Jones) of Ottawa; his wife Pamela Crane; his children, Kodi Rae Crane of Ottawa, Erin LeaAnn Gipson, Jr. (James) of Ottawa and Jerrica Harmon (Tommy) of Pomona; and his siblings, Terry Crane of Ottawa, Sheri Whitaker (Ron) of Overbrook and Kerry "Ace" Kloog (Shawn) of Gardner. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
The family suggests memorial contributions payable to Pamela Crane to be used for an educational fund for great-granddaughter, Estelle Crane c/o Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, Kansas 66067.
