Bailey (Mignot) of Ottawa; his wife Wanda McKinney; his children, David McKinney of Appleton City, Missouri, Keith Bailey (Susie) of Appleton City, Missouri, Brandy Gress (R. T.) of Appleton City, Missouri and Douglas Bailey, Jr. of Appleton City, Missouri; and his siblings, Sherry Wheeler and Gene Harwell of Ottawa. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
