He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Johnson and Bessie Johnson (Hogle); his wife Nancy Johnson (Cowles); his brother Wayne Johnson; and his granddaughter Courtney Ray Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Johnson (Jilana) of Bentonville, AR, Susan Frank of Palatka, FL and Cathleen Anderson (Jeremy) of Overland Park; his grandchildren, Tyler Johnson, Jonathan Frank, Derek Frank, Sydney Anderson, Victoria Anderson, Kelsey Anderson and Kaitlyn Anderson; and his brother-in-law Rod Cowles (Shine).
