It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dianne Lee Hunter of Ottawa, Kansas, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael J. Fleissner and Anne M. Fleissner (Sterbens); and her children, Michael Mitchell and Dianne "Candy" Mitchell. She is survived by: her son Victor Mitchell (Sara) of Ottawa; her stepson Terry Mitchell (Diane) of Lake; her grandchildren, Robert Mitchell (Jennifer) of Ottawa, Melissa Henningsen (Ryan) of Ottawa, Michael Mitchell (Jennifer) of Lawrence, Kerry Hernandez (Brian) of Kansas City and Tara Mitchell of Kansas City; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary, Remmington, Kaylee, William, Henry, Cody, Jared, Kate, Kierstyn, Kenzie and Aiden; and her close friend Larry Vandiver.
