He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Miller and Helen Miller (Irvin); and his former wife Linda Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Barnett Kimball; his daughter Marissa Burcham (Roger) of Ottawa; and his stepchildren, Lori Bell (Ron) of Lee's Summit, Shelly Hayward (Jim) of Princeton, Tracy Warner (Rick) of Des Moines, Mindi Masoner (Dallas) of Chanute, Jodie Leiss (Damon) of Maryville and Shelly Graham (Larry) of Suffolk, Virginia. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
