He was predeceased by: his parent Martha Hickerson; and his stepfather Steve Hickerson. He is survived by: his adoptive parent Charlie Ware; his children, Tony Davis of California, Tyler Ware of Olathe, KS, Kindal Ware of Lawrence, KS, Dillon Ware of Ottawa, KS and Ryan Ware of Wellsville, KS; and his siblings, Dawna Stewart of Wellsville, KS and Steve Hickerson of Ottawa, KS. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
