He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Earnest and Mildred Bernice Mills (Saunders); and his siblings, Virgil and Carol Roebuck. He is survived by: his daughters, Candace "Candy" (Jason Sweet) and Shanna (Thomas Gallagher); his grandchildren, Zachary Garrett Sweet, Tonya "Frankie" Gallagher (Ryan), Jeremy David Thomas Gallagher (Americus) and Kaleb David James Sweet; his great grandchild Kinsley Rose Gallagher; his siblings, Ruth Ann Hutchins, Jerry Mills (Vicki) and Bob Mills (Lynn); and his sister-in-law Linda Mills.
