It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Griffin of Ottawa, Kansas, born in Pomona, Kansas, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Barber and Minnie Barber (Houston); her husband Darrell Lee Griffin; and her brothers, Leonard Barber, Sr. and Lloyd Barber.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Griffin of Ottawa, KS; her sister-in-law Clara Griffin of Pomona, KS; and her niece Rose Lockhart (Troy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ottawa North Baptist Church (413 E Wilson St, Ottawa, KS 66067). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
