He is survived by: his wife Penny; his sons, Matt Leecy of Tampa Florida, Lane Leecy of Ottawa and Seth Leecy (Alex) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Denise Manley (James) of Ottawa, Darlla Wood (Brett) of Fenton, Missouri and Dana Leecy (Sue) of Ottawa, Kansas. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
