He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmira Jane McDaniels (Herman) and James McDaniels; and his siblings, Paul McDaniels and Doris McDaniels. He is survived by: his wife Joan McDaniels; his children, Kim Shaffer (Marvin), Becky Cruce (Douglas) and Ryan McDaniels (Jenna); and his brothers, Fred and Junior McDaniels. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews.
