He was predeceased by: his son Brian Eugene. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Becky Koch (Kim) of Tucson, AZ and Rachel Casey (Jonathan) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Laura, Libby Casey and Kenyon Koch; and his siblings-in-law, Leon Daniels of Marshfield, MO, Darrell Hutchinson of Georgetown, TX and Donis Barker of Banning, CA. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; and several cousins.
