He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Kendall and Ellen Kendall (Rose); and his brother Jerry Kendall. He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Kendall of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Connie Tate (Harris) of Lawrence, Karon Davis (Harold) of Basehor and Pamela Kendall Davis of Topeka; and his daughter Tammy Loder of Pomona. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
