He was predeceased by: his father John Gulick; and his friend Jim Pyle. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Gulick; his friends, Nick Turner, Loren Zody, David Harrington and Shannon Sweany; his son Jonathan Gulick; and his siblings, Brenda Gulick and Carl Gulick.
