She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Rowton and Carolyn Rowton (King); and her sister Raye Clark. She is survived by: her children, Eddie Schmidt, Joseph Schmidt (Tonya), Andrew Schmidt (Crystal), Robin Billingsly (Dave) and Theresa Schmidt; and her sister Faye Rowton. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A prayer was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Derfelt Funeral Home - Oswego (203 Illinois St, Oswego, KS 67356). Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mother of God Catholic Church (1112 3rd St, Oswego, KS 67356).
