He was predeceased by: his father David Allan Feagan; and his grandparents, Jess and Cora Feagan. He is survived by: his mother Cindy Ann Poor (Kelly) of Oswego; his sisters, Amanda York (Josh) of Weir, KS and Hallie Feagan of Pittsburg, KS; and his grandparents, Richard, Carolyn Poor of Grove, OK and Linda Crawford of Vinita, OK.. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Derfelt Funeral Home to defray the funeral expense.
