He is survived by: his children, Steve Deaton (Darla) and Brenda Powell (Frank); his grandchildren, Bethany Patty, Christy Oliver (Ryan), Derek Deaton (Emily), Mallory Goodrich (Tyler), Frankie Powell Jr. (Rochelle) and Nicci Powell; and his great grandchildren, Treyton, Taegen, Tucker, Truett, Tysten, Tannler Patty, Austin, Khloe, Hayden, Lily, River Oliver, Adrik, Heidi Deaton, Owen, Kaidence, Brett, Carson, Reece Goodrich, Adrianna, Alivia, Hayley, Maddox and Kingston Powell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Due to the COVID-19 influx, private graveside services will be held.
