She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Kaplowitz and Herman Gamson; her husband James Anthony Culp; and her sons, Brian and Michael Culp.

She is survived by: her children, Belinda Culp of Burlington Kansas, Gail Wright (Danny) of Woodstock Georgia, Matthew Culp (Rhonda) of Iola Kansas and Steven Culp (Melanie) of Galesburg Kansas; her brother Marvin Gamson; her grandchildren, Abbie, Jimmy, Brandi and Mattisyn; her great grandchildren, Peyton, Emily and Daniel; and her children, James and Phyllis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
