With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lloyd Schlatter (Oswego, Kansas), who passed away on March 9, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Martin Schlatter; and his siblings, John Schlatter, Ronald Schlatter, Danny Schlatter, Vada Tennyson, Dortha Ferguson and Wilma Pearson.

He is survived by: his wife Valerie Utess; his sons, Lloyd "Buddy" Schlatter of Altamont, KS and William "Bill" Schlatter (Christina) of Afton, OK; and his sisters, Loreta Townsend, Marilyn Thompson and Judy Guice. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Fraternal Order of Eagles, West Mineral.
