It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim R. Phillips (Oswego, Kansas), who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillips and Abbie Phillips (Tice); and his siblings, Virgil Phillips and Nancy Billingsly. He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce O'Brien of Chetopa, KS and Janie Bateman (Richard) of Parsons, KS.; and his nieces and nephews, Terri Kaiser, David Billingsly, Kim Mitchell, Jeff Phillips, Patti Price, Brian Wylie, Kerry Zimmerson, Shelly and Steve Bateman.
