She is survived by: her husband James; her children, David Slavens, Michael Slavens (Tracy), Mark Slavens (Emilee), Amber Guavara (Steve), Amanda Slavens, April Slavens, Jerusalem Slavens, Joshua Slavens (Marissa) and Matthew Slavens (Kika); and her siblings, Clifford and Cindy. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
