With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gwindell Kay of Oswego, Kansas, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on October 7, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Gwinn Edward Kay. He is survived by: his mother Betty Casey (Stuart) of Waldron, AR; his siblings, Michael Kay (Michelle) of San Antonio, TX, Janie Kay of Killeen, TX. and Montez Peterson (Dennis) of Boerne, TX.; his daughter Melissa Mitchell (Christopher) of O'Fallon, IL.; his grandchildren, Katelyn Boatman, Sydney Sturgeon, Derek Raschen, Kinlee and Kayson Sullivan (Kesinger); his great grandchildren, Ella, Easton, Elowyn, Emerson and Jack; and his nieces and nephews, Richard, Robin, Kelli, Mickey, Dallis, Dakota, Dillon and Gavin. He is also survived by his two daughters and grandchildren, along with his family and many friends.
