He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Fred Leo Weaver and Lois Mae Fletcher; his wife Barbara Weaver; his children, Michelle Elsten, Jayne Jones and David Weaver; his brother Sam Weaver; his stepdaughters, Jenny Aievoli, Cindy Marrero, Brenda Nyland and Sandy Ware; his parents, Oscar "Shorty" and Myrtle Violet Weaver (Gibson); and his uncle Cecil Gibson. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
