She is survived by: her children, Mary Hoffman (Bill) and Bill Jacobs; her stepson Johnny Amos Jacobs; and her sisters, Grace Wood of Collinsville, OK, Delphine Aday, Margie St. John, Betty McClain and Claremore (Ruth Garrett). She is also survived by four grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
