He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Rowe and Esther Irene Rowe (Pinney); his sister Ruth Lisenby; his son-in-law James Walker; his granddaughter Jennifer Walker; and his great grandchild Zane Worthington.
He is survived by: his grandson Tucker; his spouse Jackie D Richards; his daughters, Alberta Alspaugh (Arlie) of Miami, OK, Charlene Gillum of Arlington, TX, Jackie Shepherd and Teresa Walker; and his siblings, Hank Rowe of Ellenwood, KS, Lawrence "Brick" Rowe of Ellenwood, KS, Ann Cloud (John) and Daisy Harvey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
