He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rea and Dessie Rea (Correll); his daughter Brenda Sue Rea; and his siblings, Donald, Cecil, Harold, Albert, Loren Rea, Wilma Eck, Thelma Medsker and Myrtle Hudkins.
He is survived by: his sons, Brian Rea (Jane) of Oswego and Bruce Rea (JoDee) of Parsons; his grandchildren, Bryce Rea (Jessica), Clint Rea, Taylor Rea and Kenzie Rea; and his great grandchild Brynlee Rea.
