He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Thomas and Frank Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Carol Thomas; and his daughters, Anna Thomas, Virginia Butler, Diane Woelfel, Cindy Mendez and Joyce Zachary. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Fellowship Bible Church (6800 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66615).
