She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Hefley and Bertha Hefley (Atkinson); her husband Richard Petrie; her brother Jack (Rose); and her nephews, Robert and Dan.
She is survived by: her former husband Blaine Butterfield; her daughters, Eva Butterfield (Lee Dunsworth) of Raymore, MO, JoEtta Bellinger (Joe) and Jane Butterfield (JoJo) of Lawrence, KS; her grandchildren, Brandi, Becky, Josh and Beth; and her brother Ray Hefley (Nancy) of Baxter Springs, KS. She is also survived by spouses; 11 great-grandchildren.
