It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Allen Ragan of Oskaloosa, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Kansas, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Edward, Sr. and Beatrice Marcella Chontos Ragan; and his brothers, John Ragan and Robert "Bob" Ragan. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Beth Himpel, Maurice E. Ragan, Jr., Daniel "Dan" Ragan and Tom Ragan (Jodi); and his sister-in-law Dorothy Ragan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
