He is survived by: his brothers, Dwane O Monroe Leavenworth (JoAnn), Bob L Monroe and Charles T Monroe Oskaloosa; and his nieces and nephews, Jacqueline Schwinn (Johnny), Jeffrey Monroe (Dawn), Timothy Monroe (Liz), Brenda Schwinn (Billy), Angela Sparks (Kenny), Judy Quinn, Georgia Monroe, James Monroe (Jeanne) and Christina Lux (Josh).
