He is survived by: his children, Annsley Maria Eastridge and Serenity Lee Eastridge of Oskaloosa; his siblings, Jennifer Eastridge, Grant Eastridge and Lukis Chenoweth; his father Jon Baysinger; his aunt Karrie Cobb; his siblings, Jerry Cobb, Chris Young and Brandon; his children, Angie McCoy, Jayde and Boyd; and his former wife Caitlyn Eastridge.
