He is survived by: his spouse Linda S. King; his sister Trudy Duffman (Jerry); his nephew Jerry Patterson of Grove, OK; his niece Pam Baker of Harrah, OK; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Payne Topeka, Woodie Boyett, Auburn and Kay Perkins-King. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
