Decker of Oskaloosa, Kansas, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on July 18, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert John and Lucille Margaret Milner Bangert; her husband Robert Decker; her daughters, Michelle K. Lawhorn and Patty Brubaker; her siblings, Mark Bangert of Hugo, MN. and Diana Laszcwski of Oak River, MN.; her grandchildren, Tiffany Scott, Kelli Brubaker, Charles and Chris Groninger; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Haven, Hadley, Zen, Irie and Taja.
