He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Ruhlman and Margaret Ruhlman (Setchell); and his siblings, Leo, Jack, Bill, Clarence and Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Noll of Jefferson County; his son Michael (Brenda); his grandchildren, Dan (Karen), Chris (Maureen), Terry (Nancy), Lynne Valdivia (Rene), Christy, Mandy, Justin, Erin, Elise, Michael and Jenna; and his siblings, Richard, Mary (Becker) and Pat (Alders).
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Theresa Catholic Church, limited by by Covid-19 to immediate family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Theresa Catholic Church, Corpus Christi Cemetery or to Jefferson County Friends of Hospice in care of Barnett Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 602, Oskaloosa, KS 66066.
