Higgins; his children, Butch (Jan), Donny Higgins, Mark Higgins, Megan Marcum (Bryan), Williamstown and Jolene Higgins (Christian Fox); his siblings, David Higgins, Darrell Higgins, Betty Roberts of Silverton, OR and Sylvia Bigsby; his daughter Jennifer Higgins; and his siblings, Chuck Higgins and Barbara Wiggins. He was also cherished by six grandchildren.
